ASP.NET 2.0 is getting hotter

After may refresh of VS.NET 2005 poped up a couple of articles on ASP.NET 2.0
The features like membership, customization, portal building, and master pages were known since the last PDC. This time my attenction was caugth by new feature, Client Callback, which enables to call server script without submiting (posting back) the page. The implementation is (as expected) is based on client script using XMLHTTP, but also there is another option (that is probably prepared for future use).
All that means that Web Client is getting "smarter" over the time (recall smart navigation).
Even adorable Dino Esposito is going to write about it in the next issue of MSDN magazine.
